Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Product, Backend) to define requirements and deliver features.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Testing: Participate in the testing lifecycle, including unit and integration testing, to ensure product stability.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Backend: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
