Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to deployment and maintenance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust, user-centric applications that delight our clients.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance front-end architectures using modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Develop secure and efficient back-end services and RESTful APIs using Node.js or Python.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers, ensuring best practices and code quality standards.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across devices.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement scalable solutions for production environments.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks (React preferred) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, or similar).
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
