Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust full-stack web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and product managers, to define and implement new features.
- Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and establish coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and debug code efficiently.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience working with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
