Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable web applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, functional interfaces.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize database queries and application performance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies to ensure smooth, automated releases to production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem.
- Frontend: Expert proficiency in React.js or Vue.js, including state management and component architecture.
- Backend: Solid experience with Node.js or Python, and RESTful API design.
- Database: Deep understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud: Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS or Azure.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
