Responsibilities
- Lead development of scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical architecture and product roadmaps
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for continuous deployment
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical challenges

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Expertise in React, Node.js, and modern web frameworks
- Strong proficiency in AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS) and cloud architecture
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Proven track record of shipping production applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
