Responsibilities
- Architect and implement full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Lead technical planning and code reviews for agile sprints
- Mentor 3-5 junior developers through pair programming and workshops
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Stay current with emerging technologies through quarterly research presentations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks
- Proven expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda) and cloud architecture
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and caching strategies
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and containerization (Docker)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex full-stack projects
- Relevant degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
