Your Role
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will bridge the gap between design and engineering. You will be responsible for architecting robust web applications, optimizing performance, and mentoring junior team members. You will work in a fast-paced agile environment where your code matters.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and server-side technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications and high-fidelity code.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness across all devices and browsers.
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, agile planning, and sprint ceremonies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in frontend technologies (React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SASS).
- Deep understanding of backend development and database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
