Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices for testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct technical training, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Design and optimize RESTful APIs and complex database schemas (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues to ensure system stability and uptime.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and implement them to enhance product performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with SQL databases and ORM tools (e.g., Sequelize, TypeORM).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience implementing Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
