Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-fidelity user interfaces using React, JavaScript, and modern web technologies.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect code.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and accessibility across all major browsers and devices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Drive technical decision-making and advocate for best practices within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a focus on React.js and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Styled Components).
- Experience with state management solutions (Redux, Context API, MobX).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a distributed team setting.
