What You Will Do:
As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Nexus Horizon, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our web products, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and user-centric.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement high-quality, responsive, and accessible front-end interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance profiling to ensure optimal load times and seamless user interactions across all devices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, production-ready code.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, establish coding standards, and drive technical decision-making within the engineering squad.
- Testing & QA: Implement comprehensive unit and integration tests to maintain code quality and reduce technical debt.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps to ensure smooth, automated deployments to production.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on frontend technologies.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Styling: Deep understanding of CSS, SCSS, Tailwind CSS, or modern styling libraries.
- Backend Knowledge: Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Testing: Experience writing unit tests with Jest or Cypress.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for learning new technologies.
