Your Role
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will bridge the gap between design and development, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation of complex UIs. You will lead architectural decisions and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of high-performance, responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into production-ready code.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user interactions across devices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong experience with React.js or a similar component-based framework.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX) and build tools (Webpack, Gulp).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
