Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Build scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality, semantic code.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and efficient rendering on mobile and desktop.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and established coding standards.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Testing & Debugging: Implement rigorous testing strategies to identify and resolve bugs, ensuring a robust production environment.
- Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and services seamlessly to extend application functionality.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on frontend technologies.
- Technologies: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Design Skills: Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines.
