Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web applications using modern technologies like React and TypeScript.
- Optimization: Analyze application performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure 99/100 Lighthouse scores.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to ensure seamless integration and pixel-perfect implementation.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence within the team.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and stability.
- Agile Workflow: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies to drive project delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Core Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Frameworks: Deep experience with React.js and modern state management libraries (Redux, MobX).
- Styling: Expert knowledge of CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind CSS, or CSS-in-JS solutions.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
