Responsibilities
- Lead the development of responsive, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Vue/Angular).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate designs into pixel-perfect, accessible code.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Frontend Development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Expert knowledge of React.js or a comparable modern framework.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, etc.).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and integration patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
