Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, pixel-perfect interfaces.
- Optimize application performance, accessibility, and SEO to ensure maximum visibility and speed.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers, establishing best practices for scalability and maintainability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architectural planning to deployment and monitoring.
- Drive innovation by researching new technologies and integrating them into our tech stack effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern CSS (Sass, Tailwind, or Styled Components).
- Experience with state management (Redux, MobX) and build tools (Webpack, Vite, or Next.js).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Denver, CO, and obtain necessary work authorization.
