Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, responsive web applications using React and modern CSS frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration and user experience.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, including implementing code-splitting and lazy loading.
- Conduct code reviews, technical debugging, and contribute to architectural decisions within the engineering team.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of best practices and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong focus on JavaScript (ES6+).
- Proficiency in React.js, including hooks, context, and state management libraries (Redux, MobX).
- Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS preprocessors or utility-first frameworks (Tailwind, Sass).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
