Job Overview:
In this role, you will bridge the gap between design and engineering, translating complex requirements into elegant code. You will work closely with product managers and designers to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and usability.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify and resolve technical debt to ensure long-term project health.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expertise in React.js, Redux, or similar state management libraries.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) is a plus.
