As a key member of our product squad, you will bridge the gap between complex backend logic and intuitive user experiences. You will take ownership of our core dashboard architecture, mentor junior developers, and drive technical excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of responsive, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring 99/100 Lighthouse scores and seamless user experiences across all devices and browsers.
- Code Quality: Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation within the team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate wireframes into robust, scalable code.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Feature Delivery: Deliver complex features on time and within scope, actively participating in sprint planning and agile ceremonies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years specifically in frontend development.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Strong experience with React or a similar component-based library.
- State Management: Deep understanding of state management solutions (Redux, MobX, Context API).
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first team environment.
