Responsibilities

- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, accessibility, and responsiveness across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Drive the adoption of new front-end technologies and best practices within the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development and web technologies.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/Sass.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, and state management patterns.
- Experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite) and version control (Git).
