Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and maintain industrial equipment at client sites
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems using provided diagnostic tools
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules and performance optimization
- Document service reports and maintain accurate equipment records
- Train junior technicians on proper equipment operation
- Coordinate with engineering teams for system upgrades
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in industrial equipment maintenance
- Valid EPA 608 certification required
- Proficiency with diagnostic software (e.g., Fluke Connect, Bentley Systems)
- Ability to travel 25% of time with provided company vehicle
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex mechanical systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Associate degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Willingness to relocate to Tucson (assistance provided)
