Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain advanced industrial machinery with provided specialized equipment
- Conduct diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on complex mechanical systems
- Perform preventative maintenance according to company protocols
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with engineering team for equipment optimization
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance
- Certification in relevant mechanical or technical field (preferred)
- Proficiency with diagnostic software and provided testing equipment
