Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and maintain advanced manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical/electrical issues
- Perform preventive maintenance and safety compliance checks
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation protocols
- Collaborate with engineering teams for process improvements
- Document maintenance activities and equipment performance metrics
- Manage inventory of replacement parts and consumables
Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial equipment maintenance experience
- Technical certification in mechanical or electrical systems
- Proficiency with diagnostic software and tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Experience with relocation assistance programs preferred
