Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and electrical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and hydraulic issues efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve production efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of facility infrastructure, including HVAC and conveyor systems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance logs and operational reports.
- Train junior technicians and assist in the implementation of new equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) and work in various physical conditions.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality control standards.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts or overtime as needed.
