Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of the core 2026 Protocol infrastructure, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Lead code reviews and technical strategy sessions to drive engineering excellence and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate machine learning models directly into the system architecture.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle to prevent production incidents.
- Define and implement robust testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployment cycles.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating new technologies to keep our stack competitive and future-proof.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, and experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and microservices.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data privacy regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
