- Define and execute the comprehensive 5-year technology roadmap (2026-2030) aligned with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in R&D, Engineering, and Product to drive innovation in GenAI and Quantum Readiness.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets and resource allocation for strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate technical vision into actionable business strategy.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for technology adoption and ROI.
- Mentor a high-performing team of engineers and strategists.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful technology roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Strong understanding of emerging trends for the year 2026, including Edge Computing and Autonomous Systems.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
