- Lead a team of 4 marketing specialists to achieve KPIs and campaign objectives
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize conversion funnels
- Manage $500K+ annual marketing budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives
- Implement and track performance metrics using Google Analytics and marketing automation tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years digital marketing experience with 3+ years in management
- Proven track record of scaling revenue through digital channels (minimum 30% YoY growth)
- Expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Florida residency required for in-state travel coordination
