Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible.
- Monitor system health and performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog; implement proactive alerting strategies.
- Collaborate with software development teams to refactor legacy code for better cloud-native integration.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery planning for critical production systems.
- Conduct security audits and implement compliance measures in line with industry standards (SOC2, HIPAA).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Bash scripting, and YAML.
- Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Demonstrated expertise in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP) and load balancing.
