Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP with Terraform and Kubernetes
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Automate infrastructure monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
- Lead container orchestration and microservices architecture optimization
- Implement robust security protocols (IAM, network security, compliance)
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment frequency and reliability
- Mentor junior engineers and drive DevOps best practices across the organization
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation with competitive overtime compensation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE with proven cloud infrastructure scaling
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash
- Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and infrastructure as code
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure monitoring tools
- AWS/GCP certification (or equivalent practical experience)
- Experience with financial services or high-transaction systems preferred
