- Collaborate with SRE team on incident response and system monitoring
- Mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices
- Implement security compliance frameworks (SOC2, HIPAA)
Qualifications
- 5+ years in DevOps/Cloud Engineering with AWS/GCP certification
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go)
- Kubernetes and container orchestration experience
- CI/CD pipeline development (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Argo CD)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of reducing deployment failures by 40%+
