Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Automate CI/CD pipelines for microservices using Jenkins and GitLab CI
- Optimize Kubernetes clusters for high availability and cost efficiency
- Lead incident response for production systems with 99.95% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with security teams to implement SOC 2 compliance controls
- Mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices and tooling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and infrastructure automation
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash)
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- SOC 2 compliance and security framework knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving skills with production debugging experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
