Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML models to predict consumer behavior and optimize business operations
- Lead cross-functional data science projects using Python, R, and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Maintain robust data pipelines and ensure data quality across distributed systems
- Mentor junior data scientists and drive innovation in AI/ML methodologies
- Present findings to C-suite executives using compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science with proven track record in ML implementation
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling (regression, clustering, NLP)
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker or GCP AI Platform)
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects

- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
