Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models to solve complex business challenges
- Analyze large-scale datasets using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from prototyping to production deployment
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices development
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional data science experience with proven portfolio
- Expertise in Python, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and SQL
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and business acumen
- Authorized to work in the US or eligible for visa sponsorship
