Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models using Python, R, and SQL for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead end-to-end ML pipeline implementation from data ingestion to deployment
- Mentor junior data scientists and present findings to C-level executives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions
- Optimize algorithms for scalability and performance in AWS/Azure environments
- Contribute to patentable research in machine learning applications
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Expertise in statistical analysis and experimental design
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML systems
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
