Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years building production ML models
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong SQL and data warehousing knowledge
- Portfolio of 3+ published ML case studies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
