Responsibilities
- Develop advanced predictive models using Python, R, and SQL to solve complex business challenges
- Collaborate with global teams to design data-driven solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Create compelling visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and conduct statistical analysis for product optimization
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to innovation hackathons
- Present findings to C-suite stakeholders through storytelling methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, data modeling, or analytics
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn), SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ complex data science projects with measurable impact
- Authorization to work in the US or eligibility for visa sponsorship
- Experience with cross-cultural team collaboration preferred
