Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning models for predictive analytics and automation
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to production deployment
- Translate complex business challenges into actionable data-driven strategies
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct technical workshops
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI solutions into core offerings
- Develop A/B testing frameworks and optimize ML pipelines
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science with production-level ML deployments
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating impact-driven projects
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience in fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce analytics preferred
