Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices and security standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver feature-rich solutions.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- API Integration: Design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to expand application functionality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Frontend Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Backend Skills: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java, along with database management (SQL/NoSQL).
