Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure)

- Provide Tier 3 support for critical IT systems and resolve complex technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration and optimization
- Document IT infrastructure configurations and implement disaster recovery plans
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Lead migration projects for legacy systems to modern architectures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, and compliance standards
- Professional certifications (CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
