Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models for healthcare predictive analytics
- Analyze complex patient datasets to identify trends and actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Create data visualization dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Maintain and optimize existing ML pipelines for real-time processing
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to technical documentation

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science or machine learning

- Proven experience with healthcare data and HIPAA compliance protocols
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
