Responsibilities
- Develop and implement machine learning models to predict market trends and customer behavior
- Lead data visualization projects using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design A/B testing frameworks for product optimization initiatives
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices in data governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data science experience with Python/R
- Expertise in SQL, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful ML implementations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data tools
- Certification in Google Cloud Data Engineering or AWS Data Analytics preferred
