Responsibilities
- Design and implement predictive models using Python/R and ML frameworks
- Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends and business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into strategic recommendations
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Present findings to C-level executives and government stakeholders
- Mentor junior data scientists and lead technical workshops
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data science experience
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) and SQL
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with federal contracting projects preferred
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
