Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML models to predict market trends and customer behavior
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data solutions
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for product optimization campaigns
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Maintain data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct technical workshops
- Present findings to C-level stakeholders with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data science experience with proven portfolio
- Expertise in Python, R, and SQL with experience in scikit-learn/TensorFlow
- Strong statistical analysis background with experimental design knowledge
- Certification in AWS/GCP data analytics platforms
- Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
