Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Develop scalable data pipelines using cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to drive product improvements
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a data-driven culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and statistical modeling
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and at least one ML framework (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Experience with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings to stakeholders
- Published research or proven track record of deploying production ML systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
