Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end data analysis lifecycle, from requirement gathering to final reporting.
- Design and maintain complex database schemas and data pipelines using SQL and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable data insights.
- Visualize complex datasets using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to drive executive decision-making.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within large datasets.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of data governance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and meet tight deadlines.
