The Role:
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will lead data initiatives that drive revenue and efficiency. You will not just report on the past; you will predict the future using advanced analytics. We are looking for someone who is not only technically proficient but also passionate about solving complex business problems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines using SQL and Python.
- Create interactive, high-level dashboards and visualizations in Power BI and Tableau for executive stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and translate business requirements into data models.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with company governance policies.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to non-technical audiences in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (Window functions, CTEs, Joins) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience working in a multinational or diverse team environment (Foreigner Friendly experience is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
