Responsibilities
- Complete intensive 8-week paid training program covering IT fundamentals and company systems
- Provide tier-1 technical support to internal and external clients via phone, chat, and email
- Assist with software installations, hardware troubleshooting, and network diagnostics
- Document technical issues and resolutions using ticketing systems (Jira/ServiceNow)
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects and system updates
- Participate in daily stand-ups and contribute to agile development cycles
- Attend quarterly tech workshops to expand skills in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus but not required)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn technical systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends for system deployments
- Valid U.S. work authorization and relocation flexibility to Tampa, FL
