Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex data models to solve high-stakes government challenges
- Translate raw data into actionable insights for executive stakeholders
- Lead dashboard development using Power BI and Tableau
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytics requirements
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal reporting standards
- Present findings to C-suite clients with clear, compelling visualizations
- Mentor junior analysts and improve departmental workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with government/public sector focus
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and R
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong background in statistical modeling and predictive analytics
- Experience with federal data compliance (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
