As a Senior Data Analyst, you will bridge the gap between technical data science and business strategy. You will work closely with leadership to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive decision-making processes through rigorous data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Advanced Analysis: Perform complex data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling to identify trends and patterns in large datasets.
- Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key metrics for stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Automate manual reporting processes and improve data pipelines to increase operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work directly with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and ensure data accuracy.
- Data Strategy: Develop and implement best practices for data governance, quality assurance, and documentation.
- Forecasting: Create financial and operational forecasts to support long-term business planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Visualization: Proven experience creating visualizations in Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend) and cloud data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery).
