Responsibilities
- Design enterprise-grade cloud architectures on AWS/Azure with 99.99% SLAs
- Lead migration projects for hybrid on-premises/cloud environments
- Develop infrastructure-as-code templates using Terraform/CloudFormation
- Implement security frameworks (CIS, NIST) for cloud deployments
- Mentor junior architects through technical workshops and code reviews
- Collaborate with CISOs to design zero-trust network architectures
- Optimize cloud spending through FinOps methodologies
- Present solution blueprints to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cloud infrastructure with 3+ years in architecture roles
- AWS/Azure Solutions Architect Professional certification required
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless technologies
- Strong Python/Go scripting for automation workflows
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Security clearance eligibility or ability to obtain
- Bachelor's in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience
- Proven track record with $1M+ cloud transformation projects
