- Lead migration strategies for enterprise clients (15-20 projects annually)
- Develop cloud governance frameworks and cost optimization protocols
- Mentor junior engineers through technical workshops and code reviews
- Collaborate with global teams across 5+ time zones using async communication
- Present architectural solutions to C-level stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cloud architecture with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert-level AWS/Azure/GCP certification (Solutions Architect Pro)
- Proven experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong background in financial services or healthcare compliance frameworks
- Fluent English with cross-cultural communication skills
- Portfolio showcasing 5+ enterprise cloud migrations
